New = New
Like New = Used but like new
Very Good = Used with very light wear; pages are not or mostly unaffected
Good = Used with wear on the cover and page edges; pages themselves minimally affected
Fair/USED = Damaged and/or worn cover and/or pages

WHO IS BAKEZŌRI BOOKS?
We are a duo, a massive bibliophile (Lei) and a tattoo artist (Hiro) in Japan, with a passion for books and Japanese art. Japan's influence on art and tattoos is undeniable, and we aim to share that with fellow artists and enthusiasts around the world.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are in a small city called Toyohashi in Aichi Prefecture (Central Japan) about an hour and a half west of Tokyo and an hour east of Osaka by bullet train and local line. Our street address is Shinmei-cho 112-1 Ote Biru A 103.
SHIPPING
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Domestic orders are shipped via Japan Post.
International orders are shipped via DHL. All packages can be tracked and you will receive status updates via email.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPINg tAKE?
Orders are dispatched within a week after being placed, though process orders by myself and try to get them out as fast as I can. Packages usually arrive within a week, though please keep in mind the pandemic and regional restrictions can cause delays. Please keep an eye on your package’s status, just in case.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, to select countries for now. If your country is not on the drop-down list when you check out, please message us! We’ll update the list or handle your order directly.
Do you ship domestically?
If you’re in Japan and want to buy books, please message us. Payment can be done by Paypal or bank transfer (銀行振り込み). We’ll ship via Japan Post.
